Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of assignmenthelpdesk.com, app.assignmenthelpdesk.com, and related services (“the Service”) provided by Assignment Help Desk (“we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. One person per account unless your plan says otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit work produced by the Service as entirely your own where your institution prohibits it; use the Service to violate your institution’s academic integrity rules; upload content you do not have the right to upload; attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security; scrape the Service; use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe; or resell access.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and what you write. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service (for example, to extract requirements or run a similarity check). We do not use your assignment content to train AI models. We do not share your assignments with your institution or third parties except as required by law or described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI output

Content generated by the Service is provided as a starting point. It may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying it, including all citations, before you rely on it. We do not guarantee grades, outcomes, or the result of any detection or plagiarism system.

6. Credits and plans

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Credit costs per action are shown before you act and may change with notice. Cancelling ends renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

7. Store purchases

One-time resources are licensed for your personal study use. You may not redistribute or resell them. Downloads are delivered to your account; see the Refund Policy for issues.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Their terms also apply to the transaction.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or present a security risk. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify account holders of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.
